AtariNostalgia
I was wondering If you can suggest where to get mice for the ST in Europe? Ebay prices are ridiculous. Is there an adapter to use USB mice on an ST or something similar?
bluemonday
There are several variations of this kind of thing available: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Atari-ST-USB-9-pin-Mouse-Adapter-ST-STF-STFM-STE-TT-Mega-Falcon-Compatible/133544939238?hash=item1f17e60ee6:g:lnsAAOSwS5tfexqS
AtariNostalgia
Thanks for that. Hadn't seen that in my ebay search!
zzip
A serial mouse can also be used with driver. But it would consume the ST's serial port if you need it for something else.
youxia
I use this one: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Great-Amiga-Atari-XE-XL-ST-C64-C128-Mouse-Gamepad-Joystick-USB-adapter-TOM-Rev2/233755189984?hash=item366ce522e0:g:rXAAAOSwr7ZW6~aI It's very versatile - you can use it on many different machines, can connect keyboards/gamepads, and use non-PS/2 mice (unlike the cheaper ones which need PS2). Works nicely with my wireless Logitech. It is a bit pricey thou, especially seeing that you need an extra cable for ST, thanks to that crazy design.
