Using up old stock of silver labels, maybe, but then why would they not use up old stock of silver boxes? Surely they produced the same amount of carts as boxes..? Or does Galaxian exist as a red label cart too? I've nearly completed my red label collection, just wondering if I need this now as well...! I would guess it was just a matter of left-over inventory, along with a general lack of concern for consistency in the minimal quality-control days of the Tramiels.
