Clemeilio
Still very much a work in progress. Aquarius Emulator running on ESP8266 attached to a 4D 7" Touch screen. Supports ROM and Cassette loading and saving to ESP8266 using LittleFS filesystem https://www.dropbox.com/s/ghgykqfq3vrk4cq/AquariusESP8266Emulator.mp4?dl=0
jltursan
Way cool!, can it run at 100% speed?. If it can run on a TTGO-VGA32 you can benefit from their PS/2 and VGA interfaces ?
Clemeilio
I'll get hold of one and try it. I have an ESP32 version ready so shouldn't be too hard. I'll keep you posted

Aquaman
Very cool indeed! PS remembering an old topic, I guess you never found the tape with Aquapede again?
Clemeilio
I really didn't find it and I'm so annoyed Many house moves I guess. I know I never took it with me when I left home so I hold my mother totally responsible

Maybe it will turn up in someone else's stuff one day, like House of Terrors recently did.
Clemeilio
Finally got round to the ESP32 VGA version, https://www.dropbox.com/s/rmp4ew29mijyge6/AquariusVGAESP32.mp4?dl=0 Still a bit to do like full keyboard support and sound but getting there.
jltursan
Pretty impressive when displayed in a big flat screen ?. So...does it works at full speed?, seems to run at full speed and really smooth. Keep on the good work!
Clemeilio
A bit over full speed at the moment so it will be made an option Full speed or Maxspeed. It has the ability to do more in the way of graphics by poking into the memory area between text and colour RAM these include hi-res primitives with a 64 colour pallette but it is still being reviewed as I need to make sure that this area of RAM isn't ever used by anything else. AY8910 sound emulation should be possible too.
jltursan
Looks like a nice "feature" ? Do you have plans for a future release??
Clemeilio
Yes, absolutely. I will release it here soon. We now have 8910 sound sort of https://www.dropbox.com/s/myh5c7q2l72xpbs/videoAquariusSound.mp4?dl=0 Keyboard and cassette load to finish off and 1 bug that prevents some ROMs from working
