RetroNinjaNV Posted August 19, 2021 Share Posted August 19, 2021 Hello, I just purchased a 520ST and a Future GTS-100X external floppy disk drive. Unfortunately neither come with their power supplies. I expect to do the Cisco ADP-30RB AC Adapter Power Supply hack to get the ST going. What I'm looking for is the power supply voltage for the FDD. I imagine it is either 5v or 12v but amps is unknown. Does anyone have one of these that they can check? I did find one post on the interwebs about converting it over to a Gotek drive (ditching the real FDD inside the case) and that referred to disconnecting the 12v power to the drive.
