Label Variation Question

I presume this is fairly common, but since there's no listing for it in the rarity guide I thought I'd ask.

 

My 6 switch woody arrived today, and with it a whack of games (some boxed) -- mostly commons, a 3 the highest. That's okay tho, I was missing a lot of them, the boxes are good (tatty as many are) and the rest is trade bait. Got 3 7800 titles in there as well -- more trade bait.

 

However amongst them was an Activision Ice Hockey -- nothing special, except I'd never seen one with both English and French on both labels (underneath all that Actiplaque):

Is this a common thing? I imagine it's a Canadian release, I'm just wondering if it's at all common.

Yes, its a Canadian release. I have seen some from them on eBay. But not often.
