STARFIRE arrives at my door

ATARIAGE has a cool store, yesterday my copy of starfire came in, i liked the protective bagging and the hard back board for the manual, "like my comics" really cool, but the real mind blowing find , was to see the atariage logo pins with my order, that put a big smile on my face

 

too cool, after im done watching the canes and gators im gonna haveta go play starfire

Congrats. I also got my copy too! And a bag of those pins;had to laugh when I saw how "tiny" those pins were. But not laughing about Starfire; damn it's a wicked hard game; no way am I going to get 3500 points to get the patch....

Keep on trying to get 3500. I never thought I would but slowly and surely, your score will improve. I think you need to get to level 10. You also have to be set up on 'difficult' for the swithces. I tried it in 'beginner' and it was impossible.

Yes, you need to have the left difficulty switch on A if you want to score enough for the patch.

 

Your lasers will overheat sooner, so you just have to make every shot count.

 

Keep an eye on the meter and dodge the enemy fire when it gets even close to overheating. Nothing worse than lining up an enemy shot in your crosshairs just before it hits you and getting nothing when you hit the fire button. Oh, I hate that.
