Who has modded a heavy 6er to work with a modern tv or LCD?

I tried the two simplest A/V mods, and they would only work with an old monitor, not my modern TV or my LCD screen. Does anyone have any suggestions which mod I should try next? I'm not looking for super video quality, just compatability with modern TV's.

 

I would also consider buying someone's modded sixer (or any atari with 2 internal boards), or would consider trading one of my unmodded sixers, plus some cash, or would buy a mod off someone.

 

Would anyone just be able to build me the mod on a board, so that all I have to do is solder the input wires into my atari?

Refresh my memory...what was the problem with running on the TV?

Was it a composite or s-video mod? (or did you try both?)

I tried composite. My lcd screen has a composite A/V input. The atari looks fine on my monitor, but on my new tv or LCD, it's all wavy lines

Do you have a way to take a screenshot? I might be able to diagnose the problem if I could see the picture....
