+videofx
Thanks! The new cart v3 fits tightly in 1200xl and 800. But I need the PCB to test, In the 800 the lid doesn't close all the way because the cartridge is few mm's too high

Perhaps I need to make a chamfer on the case, reduce the height or something like that. There is no lid on the XE series, I can't check. +videofx
I have taken photos of the cartridge port wit it apart so you can see everything/ Can take 2mm or so off the length so it will also fit Atari 400/800?
prcoder
Now dimensions is 90.75x64.0x20.0 without logo and notches for pulling out. With notches and logo - 90.75x66.0x21.0. 1mm notches from each side (+2 mm wide) and 1 mm (height) logo. SikorSoft housings: 85.0x65.0x???. What are the maximum dimensions allowed for ATARI 800 ? Will 88mm be enough or do we need 85mm? And yet, what is the height from the bottom of the cartridge to the board ? I made the cartridge so that its bottom was at same level as the table when used with the ATARI 65XE/130XE.
+videofx
Here is your cartridge next to an Atari 400/800 cartridge 3-5mm in length (from top to bottom of cart. If you send me some STL.s to try I can make some test prints and try in in all the different model Ataris

The pocket is too deep in my opinion. Maybe a little from the other side. Edited November 9, 2022 by prcoder

Its the height of the cartridge, if you can take 3-4mm off the length then it will be good
