Simultaneous composite and S-Video?

Up until now I've been running my 800XL (UAV mod) through a RetroScaler2x and either passing it directly into my monitor (low latency, but looks a bit crummy as my 4K monitor doesn't have any scaling options so I get a horribly smeary 16:9 image) or via a capture card into OBS (some latency, but looks much better as I can scale the image properly), but as neither option was ideal I've bought an old CRT TV to use (no latency, and while it only has a composite input it looks "as nature intended"). I do have some vague plans to do a bit of streaming/YouTubery in the near future, however, and I'm wondering if there's any downside to using both composite and S-Video simultaneously so I can play on the CRT but capture in the slightly improved quality of S-Video? Obviously I'd need some sort of DIN splitter so I can plug both cables in at the same time, but apart from that am I likely to run into any issues? Something tells me it would either increase or decrease the load on the video amp, but it's outside of my area of knowledge...

(And if it would work, does anyone sell ready made cables? Amazon has tons of MIDI splitters but I'm guessing they only have pins 4 and 5 plus ground. I guess I could dig a soldering iron out and just combine my composite and S-Video cables into a single plug, but I'm lazy.)
