livingonwheels
Works fine all summer, but in the winter months, if I don't have heat on in my game room, my CRT will not turn on. No light, no sounds, nothing. If I turn the heat on and come back in an hour or so, the TV will immediately come to life if I turn it on. Any idea what could be causing this? A capacitor perhaps? If so, how could I know which one for they all look fine. Edited December 30, 2022 by livingonwheels

But once it is warmer then the connection is actually able to connect and thus the TV functions.
