My 13" CRT won't turn on when it's cold in the room

Works fine all summer, but in the winter months, if I don't have heat on in my game room, my CRT will not turn on. No light, no sounds, nothing. If I turn the heat on and come back in an hour or so, the TV will immediately come to life if I turn it on. Any idea what could be causing this? A capacitor perhaps? If so, how could I know which one for they all look fine.

Most likely a cold or cracked solder joint. When it is cold it doesn't make proper contact if the ambient air is at or below a certain temp. But once it is warmer then the connection is actually able to connect and thus the TV functions.
