Need help with setup and cable management

Hi everyone! I've invested quite a bit of time and money re-collecting the Atari hardware of my youth! I repurposed a big rectangular kitchen table which has lots of surface area for my "retro computing and gaming area" but it's a disaster! On it I am able to fit a 2600 and 800XL that share an older style Sharp Aquos TV (one uses composite input and the other uses SVGA) and an 1040 ST and (new) VCS that share a Dell LCS monitor (HDMI and VGA). Thankfully I can get away with "only" 2 screens. But between the hardware and all of the accessories & peripherals (joysticks, hard drive, mouse, kb, speakers, endless power cords, and lots more) there are cables everywhere! I have seen some beautiful pics of peoples' Atari setups, I am just not sure where to begin. I was thinking as a start to get a 2-monitor riser to lift them up a bit and give me storage under them.

Any tips/advice on where to start and how to get the best bang for the buck? Thanks!

cable ties, clips, wranglers, counduit and moulding can be your friend. under table shelf/ledge for power distribution and power pack/blocks help tidy it up.

risers and such will help compact a few things, keyboards on table top consoles up top etc.
