RamboXL 256k to 512k

Is it possible to make the 256k into 512k ? What would be involved ? Or does it need a completely new board ?

My googling skills are subpar.

Yes piggybacking DRAM chips is the crux of the work. Plus the 74S139 will need to piggyback a similar sized chip to receive power.

 

I looked at this option but went with an SRAM solution from THFF http://www.van-radecke.de/STUFF/tfhh_HW_info.pdf.
