Problem with the game images on screen

A little bit ago, I started to work on an Atari 5200 that was sitting in my garage. I cleaned up the controllers but the fire button wasn’t working. I replaced the chip that controls that, but when I went to test it out, the screen didn’t have the game playing. Is there a way I can fix this?

Just so I understand...

 

It was working and playing a game but fire button function wasn't working so I assume you found the issue to be one of the 4052 ICs and replaced it?

 

Now that chip is replaced but there isn't any video output anymore? Do you still hear the game working if you press start on the controller?
