+cubanismo Posted September 26, 2023 Share Posted September 26, 2023 I've seen three eBay auctions for CIB Battlesphere Gold go by recently, and they all have black cartridges and are labeled simply "Battlesphere" on the box. I thought Gold only came in clear cartridges, but when I emailed the first seller about it, they insisted it was authentic and came from an early run of the game. However, it appears to be just regular Battlesphere (or a repro) with a copy of the Battlesphere Gold manual addendum added in. I'm wondering if people are just selling the same cart for increasing prices, under the impression they have something they don't. Am I way off base here?
