Help with 7800 and 800 emulators

Hello,

im sorry if i put this topic in the wrong location.  I am stumped.  a few days ago i was transferring roms from my pc to an sd card.

• afterwards i deleted the files from the pc and deleted the files from the recycle bin. when i tried to play games on the 7800 and 800 emulators they didnt work.  i tried to download new emulators, but i would get error messages saying i didnt  have .dll file on my pc to add the emulators .  what can i do to fix this.   i have been working on this for the past  2 days and i cant fix this issue.  thanks in advance
