Short Version:  Try for free, SD Memory Card Formatter for Windows/Mac.  Auto detects memory card and a "Quick Format" did what no other Windows 10 formatting option, quick or thorough, could do for me...

..memory card working *perfectly* with my multi/flash cartridge.

Long Version:  My Compact Flash, Dane-Elec 4GB card, for my SNES PowerPAK stopped functioning properly.  So I thought to format the card and have a fresh, clean start.

Big mistake; at least regarding formatting the card under Windows 10.  I tried every allocation cluster available for FAT32, but regardless of formatting options, PowerPak would always report back, "CARD FORMAT ERROR - USE FAT16 or FAT32".

I was about to order another Compact Flash card when I decided to try a little more digging and came across the following:

The "SD Card Formatter" by Tuxera, works easily and beautifully.   Now, the Dane-Elec 4GB card is recognized by the SNES PowerPak as properly formatted and functions flawlessly.

I even felt brave enough to update the firmware on my SNES PowerPak from 1.02 to the Unofficial SNES PowerPak Firmware 3.10 through the card.

All went well, without a hitch.

I want to pay it forward to those that may have issues with 7800GD or Concerto, or any other flashcart/multicart.  Hopefully this tool with rectify the issue regarding any formatting, recognition, or functionality with your SD card as well.
