IBP
...is Gas Hog which I got last week for £30. Thought I'd share this doubly momentous occasion with you all, since my wife just looked at me with a blank expression.
YOK-dfa
Is that a boxed or loose Gas Hog? (PAL also, i presume?) Congrats anyway. Cheers, Raymond (who is close to his 400th game )
IBP
Loose NTSC as far as I can tell. Obviously I know it's loose, and I think it's NTSC because the colours aren't displayed properly. Even if it's PAL it's the first one I've seen in a couple of years of collecting and it was worth the money to me.

Anyway, i hope that it is a NTSC Gas Hog, since PAL Gas Hogs are not that rare. I see them on ebay all the time and they usually sell for only a few euro's ( i paid Eur 3,01 for mine). Just browsed some ebay.co.uk auctions, and i was kinda wondering about the high prices there. Semi-rare games like Z-Tack, Demolition Herby, Wing War seem to cost much more than in Central Europe. IBP
Games here are worth what people will pay for them, and I guess it's die hard collectors willing to pay £30 for Gas Hog which keep those prices high. Ebay here goes through phases; in may/june/july time this year common carts were going for silly money and nothing rare was coming up at all, then from september prices got a bit more sensible and a few unusual carts appeared. Strange really. I know how much I want to pay for something and pay it or wait, I think that's the answer. I do look at European ebay, I'm after an Obelix from Germany at the moment for example, and carts do go for a lot less money outside the UK.
