8bitdo Retro Sega BT + 800XL controller issues

Just you need to have controllers that have been covered allready. Or ask Riq nicely to make the one you have compatible. I asked about the modern Atari VCS controller and he fixed it right up.  My older xbox controllers didn't work, but new one does.

I have it as well. It works great. I use it with my PS4 controllers.  It also has a dual joystick mode so one can use the the analog sticks on the PS4 to act like two joysticks. A lot of fun with Robotron and Space Dungeon.

Thanks, I'll return the 8bitdo dongle then and order one of these. No 3d printer yet so i'll have to figure something out.

@chevymadthanks again for the suggestion - the unijoysticle arrived today, just popped it in to test it out and it paired immediately w/the 8bitdo Arcade stick and played Zaxxon beautifully w/o any setup, so thanks! Now to source an enclosure (I've yet to get a 3dprinter).

 

I've got a replacement BlueRetro almost here, so I guess i'll get to compare them. But finally, wireless control of the 800XL (nice)

Looking over the Unijoysticle it seems possible it might fit an Avgcart-size cartridge...

 

...might make a trip to my local vintage game shop and pick up a cheap sacrificial cart...

Just want to say how great the Unijoysticle has worked out of the box. Very impressed, fun to be able to use these wireless controllers.

The UniJoysticle is great device. Also, it should be compatible with similarly equipped systems. I have not had an opportunity to test it with my Atari 2600 and Commodore computers.
