+jedimatt42
The manual for this serial dockbus/hexbus adapter indicates it can be used with a 'BPD+' as a storage drive. My internet skills cannot find what that is. Anyone have a link?
+jedimatt42
Ok, I believe it is a reference to this: https://www.soigeneris.com/tandy-tpdd-2-backpack-drive-2
+acadiel
Probably using @brain's and Peter's examples from where they open sourced them here: https://github.com/go4retro/HEXTIr
brain
If they did, it should be easy to check, as HEX-TI-r is GPL v2, which requires the code to be shared, though I don't see it linked from the order page. If not, it's a breach of the license. I think Peter's TIIF2 code is similarly licensed. I'd verify before buying. I am fine with people deriving great solutions from my projects, but they need t play by the rules. Jim
