The Joystick is actually mechanically functional, in that it moves like a joystick (the button is static). The rubber pieces are stout, replaceable and available. With a little bit of tweaking, some buttons, and CA glue, screws in the right places, this could actually be a Better joystick than most of the stiff reproductions...
