U25/U26 near controller port - where can I get this part?

So I accidentally cracked this piece yesterday at U25 on my Colecovision, and now all my controllers on Port 1 move in the wrong direction for certain movements. 

Any idea where I can get this, other than from another Colecovision?  According to a schematic it contains a bunch of resistors.  Also nothing shows up in Google if I try to locate the part number “RM 7-223M”.
