cwc
I finally got round to converting this cassette only BASIC game to .atr using the excellent Altirra so I could go old skool and boot from disk to try it out on real hardware. Yes, it's in BASIC. Yes, it's text-only. But even though it's not my usual thing I enjoyed it and there doesn't appear to be an .atr anywhere else so I'm attaching it here in case anyone is interested. Don't forget to boot with BASIC! +CharlieChaplin
I also converted "Football Manager" for my Tape2Disk project with a) DOS 2.5 (setup for 1 drive, 1 buffer; memlo $1Bxx), b) DOS 2 XL (memlo $0786, but uses RAM under OS), 3) µDOS (memlo $0938) and 4) CasDis 2.0 by Vervan Software. Evil as I am, I also added a small Gr. 2 title that is shown during loading... Boot all versions with Basic! For those that did not know, the game "League Challenge" uses a ML bootloader, but the main program is in Basic ! Attached are three disk versions, afair, it did not work with DOS 2.5. And while we are here, I also added "Worldcup Manager"... FOOTBMAN.zip LEAGCHAL.zip WCUPMAN.zip
