Metal Ghost
Hi all!  I had a question regarding multi-disc games using Saroo on SEGA Saturn that I wanted to ask before I got all the way through a Disc 1 only to realize I had an issue 😀  So specifically with regards to Panzer Dragoon Saga, I started a new game and got to the first Save point. At that point I saved to both Internal Memory and Ram Cartridge. Then I backed back out to the Saroo menu and tried to load Disc 2. I just wanted to make sure that it would find one or both of the Saves I had created on either the Internal Memory and/or the ‘Ram Cartridge’.  However it just stayed on the Saroo menu with ‘Game Booting’ message at the bottom. Nothing beyond that ever happened.  What I would have expected to happen was that it would at least load and show me my Saves but of course the Saves wouldn’t load. Or do what happened when I loaded Grandia Disc two, which gave a message that no Disc 2 Save was found.  I tried loading Disc 3 as well, but to the same stuck ‘Game booting’ message that never ends.  Has anyone here on AA played through Panzer Dragoon Saga yet on Saroo?  If you load Disc 2/3/4 and don’t have a Save from the end of the previous disc, does it simply not load?  Or do I have an issue with my Bin/Cue files? Metal Ghost
One thing I should have noted: I double checked the Disc 2 & 3 CUE files and they both appear to be referencing the correct name for their respective BIN files.
Metal Ghost
So yea….looks like my issue was bad files!  I got a new version for Disc 2 and it booted up via Saroo just fine!  It saw my Disc 1 Saves (both from Internal Memory and ‘Ram Cartridge’) and when I tried to load told me to put in Disc 1, as it should have. I’m in process of replacing my Disc 3 & 4 Bin/Cue files now (and will probably replace Disc 1 just for good measure) and then I should (hopefully) be all set!
