JOD-I
For those who have used the harmony cartridge in developer mode on their 2600+ I would love to hear anything anyone has learned about using it on the 2600+.
John Stamos Mullet
I’ve tried hundreds of Roms and the only ones that don’t work on Harmony are Pitfall II (which works from and original cast) and the CDF/J carts from Champ Games.
JOD-I
It is strange that pitfall II doesnt work from Harmony but does work from an actual cartridge.
JOD-I
I still wonder why pitfall II wont work. I did get 1 champ game to work and that is scramble.

Older champ games that use the DPC+ banking work fine. But the ones that use CDF and CDFJ aren’t supported yet. batari (maker of the Harmony) has it on his list of things to look at, but he has other, bigger fish to fry at the moment.
TheRingBearer
I just leave the Harmony plugged in when I'm in the mood to game. I send over the game I want and turn on the system. I keep the Harmony USB cord connected all of the time so if I want to change games, I can usually leave the 2600+ turned on, and just send over the new game. The 2600+ recognizes the change, loads the ROM and boom, I'm playing the new game.

For me however, I like the nostalgia of using my actual cartridges sometimes so I might go back and forth on this.
