Like I said early on my back story on my take on Nintendo Famicom but this one also I found in NYC in 1988 I got this Famicom  add on and a bunch of Disk games many from the origanl games from Nintendo but others are just hard 3rd party Disk Copy with off the shelf bootleg disks with some download games but ti this day I can still play them on my working.

Great collection, thanks for sharing, for now I bought back my console that I had back then, Intellvision, Colecovision and Genesis and I didn't bought back the Nintendo Nes yet, I'm back in retro gaming since  two years

I'm ready to get any Japanese imports as I got a Up/Down power converter so I could play any console safe here in the US. Even got the box Sega SG-1000 and some games and hope to fine more Sega games. My dream is to fine a box Atari 2800 (Japanese 2600) console

Some years I just gotten something I wanted to get since the age of 11. Sega's first console SG-1000 from 1983 this unit was only sold in Japan and sadly for Sega it came out at the worst time as it was launch along with Nintendo Famicom the very same day.

The very first time I ever seen this Super Famicom was on the issue of Electronic Gaming Monthly Presents The 1991 Video Game Buyer's Guide. And after I got the SNES in 1991 I found a Super Famicom in NYC Chinatown sometime in 94 with a bunch of game carts cheap.

Have you recapped your original Xbox? I have a Halo edition that I probably need to do, before one of the capacitors expodes and eats away all the motherboard traces.

Actually you just need to snip off the clock super cap, no need to replace really.

 

I did it to my 2 og Xbox and one leaked (a 1.1) but no damage, the second (a 1.4) was still ok but may as well.

My story on the Milton Bradley Microvision was at Sears store in late 79 and I saw it next to a game that was a tie-in to the new Star Trek movie title 'Star Trek Phaser Strike' I ask my mother to to buy it for me and she did and I have all 11 box games for this handheld.

Before video games I've play a game call Labyrinth a physical skill consisting of a box with a maze on top with holes, and a steel marble. The goal of the game is to try to tilt the playfield to guide the marble to the end of the maze without letting it fall into any of the holes

Just unboxing some of my old childhood crap from the before times. Many old junk from Happy Meal toys and what not. Its like a treasure hunt you many never know what shit you could find. Many are needed to have some good old TLC with some cleaning and restoring.

In 1990 after I pre-order my first video game Super Mario Bros. 3 My late mom took me to the 14th street McDonald and she got me all the Super Mario Bros 3 Happy Meal toys and it was the last thing she brought me. To this day SMB3 is still my favorite game.

I got this Mattel Shogun Warriors Godzilla toy at age 5 the same year I also got the Atari VCS (2600) console and saw Star Wars in theater. the 70s killed ass.

The only two Disney are my all time fav I grew up with my whole life and the two Disney movies I love to this day is The Black Hole and Tron I even have the toys basic from the films. From from 1979 Mego Black Hole and 1982 TOMY Tron figures and Light Cycles .

Every so often one a week I just close my eye and randomly pull out some from the hundreds of my old VHS tapes to play in the background as I'm doing any work and or side project. Some time even laserdisc movies.

Yeah before and during gaming video games we all grew up with toys at the time and I like a pack rat never got ride of any.

For years I wanted to clean up my early childhood Mego toy figures from World's Greatest Super Hero, Marvel and Heroes and even some Planet Of the Ape sets. almost all early Mego toys was brought from NYC Woolworths store.

in 75 I grew up with Mego Star Trek and still have them and even the old Enterprise playset

I remember 2001 as I lived in NYC and yet still gone out and brought the new Microsoft X-Box and man now that unit became some what retro..

 

Got the Xbox one day one in NYC. Even if I own 5 Xbox consoles, one in the box, one in a carry on bag and three out in the open even with the mod chip and yet I never used Xbox Live at all. And yes most of my Xbox games are mostly FPS type games. Even got two type of Halo covers.
