Anyone want some extra-thick Lynx cart PCBs?

In the process of getting more Lynx boards made, I accidentally got a batch that is at least 2x the thickness of my other Lynx boards. They will not fit in the Songbird curved lip shell, and a 3D printed shell would need to be modified to fit the thicker board. I have 31 of these. Raw boards only, no chips included. Would sell the lot for $25 plus shipping. Let me know if interested, thanks!

I know a guy who might like these and his name rhymes with "Wreck Barton".

As a result of Wreck's YouTube channel, where he always builds projects on protoboard to get the job done "now",

he gets plenty of offers from PCB board houses to do a first run for free.

I know Wreck personally. He saw this thread on it's first day. He does know there's a time to let things go.

They would need a thinner, presumably 3D printed shell.

What I mean is that the cartridge slot has conductors designed to accept a certain thickness PCB. If you stick something a lot thicker in the connector, aren't you bending/weakening the fingers? If you can even jam something that much thicker in there. The edge connector is part of that PCB isn't it?

No, this batch of PCBs (while thick) is still much thinner than the cartridge slot / receiving connector. But the regular cart shell + PCB is too thick for the slot, thus the reason you'd have to make a thinner cart shell to hold the thicker PCB.

I figured it wasn't worth the trouble for anyone, since it would take extra work to modify a cart shell and 3D print them. No big deal. I've thrown away much more painful things in the past. :)
