+davidcalgary29
This guy sold me this on the street at PRGE for five bucks. He also sold the customer next to me a sealed Toy Bizarre for five bucks. Not a C64 cart master. Anyone know if this is anything more than printer drivers?
Virtualsky
Maybe it's this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PrintMaster
+davidcalgary29
It's not. Different developer, and that software of the same name was released in 1985...and only on disk, I believe. This was apparently released in 1983. I bought it because I wanted a souvenir of Portland...guess I'll have to fire it up when I get home! nick3092
According to this computron business systems ad, it should be a parallel printer interface?
nick3092
Found another ad that makes it sound like there was a version that did not include the parallel converter, but rather worked along side a converter. I believe Jim Drew worked for computron. Not sure if he's at prge as a vendor, but if he is maybe he could shed some light on it. Or reach out to him.
+davidcalgary29
Many thanks! PRGE was evacuated due to a fire alarm, so I just decided to leave early to the airport to catch my evening flight.
