Vtech laser 128 problem

Hello,

 

I live in France (nobody's perfect 😄) and I recently bought a dirty laser 128 loose. I disassembled it and reassembled it for a complete cleaning... the poor guy really needed it.
It was sold as untested, so it wasn't functional.
I connected it to an Apple 2c power supply. The computer booted with a characteristic beeper sound. The 3 LEDs remain lit: power (logical), caps lock and drive (less logical perhaps).
The internal drive seems to be running but is not responding.  I haven't touched the floppy drive. The belt seems ok.

The caps lock key can be disabled  / enabled from the keyboard, but nothing else. The reset button does nothing either. 
When I connect the computer to the TV with a chat-mauve cable, I get no picture. Connecting with a composite cable, I get an image: it says 'Laser 128' and stays written at the top of the screen, but nothing else.

Can you help me with this problem? Do you need photos?
