I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for eliminating a console smell (and controllers too, although I think I will use my best ones for now I figure I better have these as backups). +-Joe- Posted Sunday at 02:35 AM Share Posted Sunday at 02:35 AM If you don’t want to take it apart … I would use a couple of good cleaners like Simple Green ( Smells good ) , some Isopropyl Alcohol ( be careful of labels ) , and some Q Tips But like @thecavalry said , It’s probably best to take it apart and scrub it all clean .
