Has anyone found one of these?

Hi all. I found a Activision Fisking Derby with a peice of sponge that fits in the end of it. It fits perfect, looks factory made. I don't know if this link will work for anyone else or not, but here it is: http://i22.ebayimg.com/01/i/00/ed/d6/2f_0.JPG , http://i15.ebayimg.com/01/i/00/ed/d2/6c_0.JPG , http://i6.ebayimg.com/02/i/00/ed/e7/77_0.JPG . What do you all think?

The early Activision cartridges were shipped with the foam inserts. I guess the intent was to provide protection for the exposed connector. Atari cart cases had the sliding door that protected the connector, Activision does not, so they tried to compensate by putting the foam in there.

I picked up an Activision Boxing cart that has the foam.

Activision obviously stopped doing this pretty early on.

How about a joystick like this one: http://i3.ebayimg.com/02/i/00/ef/b2/75_0.JPG http://i9.ebayimg.com/02/i/00/ef/4e/d4_0.JPG

I don't know if this one is home made or factory. It looks factory, but I don't know :? . Has anyone seen one before?

Here is the full E-Bay page http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...3567418960&rd=1 . It might work, I had to list it in a pending auction, as I don't have any web space to store my pictures yet.

My guess is that it's a normal 2600 joystick, but someone fitted a button on top...
