mimurphy
Hi all. I've been working on a .NET-based Atari 7800 emulator, but where the 7800-part has yet to be implemented. However, it appears to be doing a good job with 2600 emulation at this point (v0.33).... so readers of this forum may be interested. Most notably, HMOVEs are emulated without using special hacks per Andrew Tower's "A Small Opus on the TIA" paper. It does the Cosmic Ark stars and the snake head in GIJoe/ActionMan just fine. Since its .NET, its currently Win32 only. It can be downloaded from: http://sourceforge.net/projects/emu7800/ I would suggest the latest version, v0.33. Robert M
I wish you well. All emulators are welcome. I can't resist, however, pointing out the irony that a .Net application can only run in Windows32. Keep it coming!
