doncleth
I saw this thing on eBay. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...egory=1247&rd=1 What makes this different to normal BASIC?
Tempest
More commands I imagine. I think it was a superset of regular basic. Tempest
Bryan
I use it all the time. It's compatible with Atari BASIC, but much faster and it has more commands (and uses extended memory if you have it). -Bry
Nukey Shay
http://www.atarimagazines.com/v4n9/basicxe.html I prefer to use Advan Basic (which compiles Basic programs fully before execution). That one is also capable of importing existing Atari Basic programs.
Shannon
I never used advan basic, but I always considered basic XE to be the best basic for the Atari computers. It pretty much provides all functionality that Atari basic never had and then some. Read the link provided earlier to get a better idea of what it can do.
