M Network/INTV Labels Singapore vs. Korea

I have some duplicates of both white and black labels. Some have 1982 Korea while others have 1982 Singapore. Is one more rare than the other? What gives man?

Also I have some common atari carts that have numbers and letters "imprinted" on the top left hand corner of the end labels.

For example:

32 2 R

What were these for?

Like the "stamping"/"imprinting" in this article?

It's probably the date code.

Tells you what week/year the cart was made.

I know some manufacturers had more than one plant. I have two Coleco Donkey Kong's, one with "MADE IN HONG KONG (AE)" molded into the cartridge, one with "MADE IN USA". :ponder:
