I didnt even know such a thing existed, there is nothing special on the label to indicate otherwise. Anyone have an NTSC version they want to trade? The vertical hold problems look like the screenshot on vgmuseum.com with only the top line or two of figters visible. Does anyone have some info on if the Sega PAL carts look any different? I guess there is a corner that is peeled, maybe? I didn't look too close, mainly because I didn't have the money to buy it, and then taylor went over and snatched it up.
