rtulbric
I think I am participating in a huge scam. Not only has my oder not been sent after much time, but the customer service phone number is continually busy (I have tried it 40 times) and the e-mail address they leave is not answered. Does anyone have experience with the company? Did you ever get your games? How did you get through?
holygrailvideogames.com
This post probably should be in a different forum. Buyrite sucks. It is that simple. Years ago I had a bad dealing with them. It took forever to resolve it and in the end I did not get my games. At least it didn't cost me any money, but it did take a lot of my time. +rdemming
A search on google revealed the following: http://www.complaints.com/february2002/com...ebruary15.4.htm http://www.fatwallet.com/forums/retailerra...cfm?storeid=788 http://pub31.ezboard.com/frpgland36433frm8...picID=510.topic http://www.resellerratings.com/seller3699-...9-p4-s1-d1.html It seems you are not the only one that has "difficulties" with this company. Defiance131
We've had problems with them as well. As if their customer service wasn't bad enough (OK, nonexistent), they're overpriced.
oesii
This should be a faq item at most classic gaming sites: http://www.boycottbuyritegames.com/
Zaxxon
Buy Rite is one of many, many video game companies on the net that list just about everything ever made for every system for order on their site. The actually have very, very little in stock but they'll gladly take your money now and maybe try to get a copy of the game you ordered or send an alternate item. sku_u
Didn't you also ask this here? http://www.atariage.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=44433
Atariman
Heck, I've ranted about them before, so I'll keep this short. Buy-Rite sucks. The only items I have gotten with few problems are the two NeoGeo Pocket systems I ordered from them. Everything else fell through and started a whole string of credit card problems for me ever since.
