Jaggy_Time
I was wondering what is this, i found pics of a multi cart on ataritimes, Is this a fully working prototype, or is it a fake? it shows a cart with many games in it including, attack of the mutant pengins, battlephere, ect.... And does anyone know why there are two different boxes for Power Drive Rally? http://www.ataritimes.com/jaguar/images/mu...icartscreen.jpg http://www.ataritimes.com/jaguar/images/multicart.jpg http://www.host.fptoday.com/melek/Jaguar/a...drive_rally.jpg http://www.1632-sales.zenwebhosting.com/ac...alog/powerD.gif
K3V
The multicart was an April Fools joke (apparently a good one since people are still falling for it ) and there are two Power Drive Rally variants - one for the US and one for Europe. SteveW
The European version looks much better than the one we got here in the US.
Jaggy_Time
I agree it does look much better, in fact it is one of the best covers for the jaguar in my opinion. In fact i would like a poster of that cover, that would be neat! Also is that the only game with a cover change?
Gregory DG
Boy, the Multicart joke does get re-played every so often, doesn't it? The bottom of the page does have a bit of semi-hidden text that reads, "April Fools! Hopefully a Jaguar Multicart will be possible one day!" One day we'll have a Cuttle Cart for the Jaguar I suspect.
Stone
Also is that the only game with a cover change? Yep. Stone
scrummy
what you have is a lightning cart. a jaguar lightning cart can cause fish burn in european crab lamps and give partial gamers a head rush. Hell, if you rock the 3DO, you could potentially conduct some type of bonfire, headtrip using the lightning cart and a phone jack or any RJ44 ,or whatever they call that plug, the phone plug, modular style. Not the old 4 pronger, (not you linkovitch, I have no idea what your phone plug looks like), one question however. Can you use the lightning cart to make air cars more texture mapped. I'm so bored with this damn board, where and when will we get a $10 cd of Battlesphere? I am ready and willing to buy this. My Jaguar is lightning rod to my creativity, and I especially feel this way when I am cruising around some random planet in Cybermorph, I don't shoot anything, but I try to fly through the mountains, I try to make the game play right, its like i am imaging a perfect demonstration of why the Jaguar is a great system. I dont ever seem to play the Jaguar for myself, except for Tempest and VLM, and once upon a time Iron Soldier , and Alien VS PRedator, and I am always thinkning about completing my collection on ebay.. I am like a cartridge stalker, I see it, I bid on it, but I dont win it, I just stalk them, making other people money, costing other people money. What a waste. MegaData
Huh, looks like my 74 Fiat on that version of Power Drive Rally... it just has some extra lights and... it's not green? Pfft, who wants a yellow Fiat? Gotta have that neon green. It's the only way to go!
