liquidcross
Has anyone done this successfully? I'm waiting for my SIO2PC interface to arrive in the mail; I've already got the USB-to-serial adapter, and I'm running Virtual PC 6.1 under Mac OS X 10.3.3. I installed the SIO2PC software into a DOS shell in VPC. The Mac recognizes the USB-to-serial adapter, but it's not showing up under the COM port list in VPC. Is there another step I need to take first? Thanks in advance!
andy_bernstein
Liquidcross, It's also on my list of things to do so let me know if it worked out okay with you. Also, SIO2LINUX does exist ! http://www.crowcastle.net/preston/atari/ Atari SIODriver http://www.horus.com/%7Ehias/atari/#atarisio As you know, OS X is heavily based on Linux so a SIO2MAC interface is not something impossible down the road (that leaves only the cable issue to be resolved -> how compatible with real Atari hardware can be a USB to Serial Adapter ?). AB. P.S.: Steven, any opinion ?
