jeepnut24
What is your favorite 2600 Game character? I would like to build a collection of pictures of character sprites for a project Im working on. Some obvious choices might be: Tanks from combat Square from Adventure Frogger My personal favorite sprite/character would be the policeman from keystone kappers. candiru
Aside from the Combat tanks, to me, nothing else says Atari like the aliens in the top row of Space Invaders.

Chris++
Check out the avatar. nothing else says Atari like the aliens in the top row of Space Invaders. Typewriter Man! Hell yeah. I remember hearing that last "bloop!" as a kid, watching him disintegrate and getting a feeling of accomplishment that only a ten-year-old can get from a video game. (Or, of course, an overgrown ten-year-old.....)

Jess Ragan
It's got to be Bently Bear. He's just so cute, and he looks even better on the front of the box, where he adopts a futuristic, cel-shaded look. I'm sure a sequel to Crystal Castles would be really cool on one of the modern day systems... even the Playstation 2 and Dreamcast would have enough power to bring the slick box artwork to life. Cootster
Nobody mentions anything Activision, so I guess it's safe to assume we're sticking with first-party here: The Square!! (Damn, he needs a name). Any of the fighters in RS: Boxing Elliott Yar The Centipede scorpion If other titles count: The Zots!!!! Tunnel Runner is such a great game, and, well, the enemies rule.
