Susuwatari
I'm going to start building a few multicarts to sell and I would like to make sure I don't include any game I'm not allowed. There will be no Activision game or Supercharger game, no proto, no homebrewn games, and no heack. Is there any other game that I shouldn't include in the multicart? sku_u
I think there are some copyright issues with Imagic titles. Boing! was created by a company still around who I *think* still owns the copyright to that game, but I'm not entirely sure.

Cootster
Unless you do the original PAL-only games and make a NTSC multicart, it's probably impossible . . . AFAIK, they're all still copyrighted by someone . . . Apollo, Data Age, and most of the small companies that produced one or two rare games should be OK as long as you're not planning on taking out TV commercials or something . . . Beyond that, I hope you're Johnny Cochran.
