What cable do i need to connect the SIO2PC

Well soon will be able to release some source code files hopefully. Got my SIO2PC but what type of cable do i need to connect it to the PC.

It depends which sio2pc you got, give us more details. Some are ready to go, you just plug the serial port into your PC and the sio plug into your Atari. Other times you just have the sio2pc board and you'll need to get a serial 9pin extension cable and an Atari sio cable to finish you setup. Here's a pic of a sio2pc cable ready to go.

lol, I guess this can get complicated without a good tutorial on the web. The above pic is still missing a serial extension cable that you plug into the board and lets you plug it into the PC.

Seems to do a better job of explaining things. reminded me you can also unscrew the serial endplate of the sio2pc board and just plug it in to your PC.

Found it lol i need a DB-9 Serial Extension think this is just the standard mouse type one

Just a cavaet about the extention cable from the above site:
