Mindfield
I've been noticing, as I collect Atari commercials, that every now and then they've used television and movie stars that were either famous at the time, were just up and coming, or got their start doing ads like this, and I'm wondering just how many there were. So far I've found these: Billy Martin - 70s/80s baseball great for RealSports Baseball. Elizabeth Shue - Atari 2600 "Buy Two Get One Free" ad. Looks like she was just getting her start in film with this ad. Phil Hartman - Late great SNL comedian for Activision's Hockey. Gary Grubbs - One of those guest or bit-part actors you always know when you see but never remember his name, for Activision's Stampede. Alan Alda - M*A*S*H legend and veteran movie and TV actor for Atari's XL home computer line. Any others anyone knows of?
+Nathan Strum
I think John Madden did commercials for CBS videogames (Gorf, Wizard of Wor).
Gregory DG
I'm pretty sure that's Peter Jason, from They Live in the Chopper Command commercial.
