CincYnoTi
I found another Robin Hood/Sir Lancelot on ebay that is probably PAL: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...item=8107059270 I wanted to post a link to a pic on AA of what the NTSC label looks like...but was surprised to find the photo in the AA database: http://www.atariage.com/cart_page.html?Sof...wareLabelID=414 is actually the PAL label. I searched for past topics and this has already been discussed several times. But nowhere in AA did I find a photo of the NTSC label. What would be really helpful is if the RH/SL entry in AA had a side-by-side photo like the one kheffington used to have here: http://www.atariage.com/forums/viewtopic.p...=robin+lancelot Does anyone have both NTSC & PAL labels they could scan side-by-side? At the very least, I should have a PAL double ender that I can take a shot of next to an NTSC double ender. I'll post a pic when I get home if no one else has at that point. adams_ale
This is just a link to my NTSC ebay win of Robin Hood/Sir Lancelot. I got quite nervous when I first saw this thread, but fortunately my copy looks different than the PAL copy. Haven't recieved the game as of yet. I bought some other games from him at a later point and I told him to ship them at the same time. http://cgi.msn.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?V...MEAFB%3AIT&rd=

I was going to bid on that cart. I had no idea it was PAL.
sku_u
What makes Xonox collecting easier is how different PAL labels are from NTSC labels. Below are a few pictures. The picture on the left is PAL and the picture on the right is NTSC. I couldn't find my PAL RH/SL for reference, but you all should get the idea from the picture how different the two labels are. I've also included PAL instructions vs. NTSC instructions. PAL instructions are smaller and offered in multiple languages, whereas NTSC instructions can be found in all French or all English. Lastly I included 2 pictures of what a PAL box looks like. AFAIK all PAL boxes are larger and are of the gatefold variety.
sku_u
Here are better pictures of the three different types of instructions I've come across:

All the GM/SP carts I've ever seen have had that label, and they've all been NTSC. I've never seen a GM/SP cart in the style on the right. All of the NTSC versions have the diagonal style labels EXCEPT GM/SP which has the same label as its PAL counterpart. Weird...maybe that one's the exception to the rule
