colonelsnow
Do any of the packages for the PC allow roms outside those contained on the CD to be loaded?
+DamonicFury
I remember the original Atari 2600 action packs of the mid-90's could be easily hacked to allow the use of other Roms (I've long since forgotten how to do this however!) The emulator used for these wasn't very good anyway though. More recently, the PC CD-ROM of Combat included the roms for Combat and Combat2 along with the Stella emulator. I picked that one up for $5 at Big Lots. Didn't know that the original Combat and Combat II were included though until I got to sneaking around the CD-ROM's contents and stumbled across Stella et al. Boy, was I really surprised to see that! Naturally I tried other roms... they work fine. Of course, that game's been out a while. Bigger and better emulator releases since then.
