Kenwood
Anyone have this 156-1 Games Multi Cart. What did you think of it? Worth $90.00. What are the games.
sku_u
I'd rather go for one of the supercharger CD collections than the dip switch multicart given a choice.
Kenwood
Is the above cart the same as this one?
Osbo
I remember my multicarts from when I was a kid. To change the games, you turn the VCS on and off until you find the game u looking for.
Tsukasa
That sounds like the 32-in-1 cart that was the pack-in in europe.
Saikyo
Hmm do you actually own this cartridge? Its just because it looks like a fake.

Saikyo
There's no way all those games could fit on one cart, First of all most of them are too much memory, not small games that were on the 32 in 1 like Basic Math or Golf. So if you have actually played it then WOW I dont know how they fit them all in. But if you haven't then uh.. I'd say its a fake

You will find the first one for sale, 90.00, and it has 256 games on it The second one is the 255 in 1 menu select (instaid of dip switch), that is no longer sold. Dav
I'd say be patient a month and see what happens. The cart I'm beta testing has more games, a scrolling menu and is half the price.
MattyXB
This is a homemade Multicart from Sean Kelly (when I not wrong). I own too the first one with 256 Games in 1. And its not fake. I have not the time to try all games, but all that I have try has worked perfect. The second one has only 255 games in 1, because the menu need too a bit room in the cart. DeV0
I have several dipswitch carts, they have some pretty rare roms on them which is good if you want to preserve your rares. Mine have back labels with the games names listed, Do these ones?
Saikyo
Well all I can say is I'm totally shocked that so many games can be put into one cart! I had no idea at all!
Dav
This board can theoretically address 8 MB of rom by stacking eproms. I've no idea if the power supply would handle it or not, as I've not tried more than 2 eproms in it at once. This is an early prototype, the ram didn't actually work on this one. Any chance you can share with us where to buy this cart when it becomes available? I'll definitely be a buyer. -S
Spirantho
Well all I can say is I'm totally shocked that so many games can be put into one cart! Pirates have been putting multiple games into their systems for ages - I have a spare 208-in-1 console if anyone's interested.... inside they just have one ROM chip with all the games - the same technology as the multicarts. I also have a contemporary pirate 96-in-1 cart. Of course, none of the games use bankswitching.....
YOK-dfa
Most of those clone consoles don't really have that many games i noticed. They just count each variation of a game as a separate game too...

Yes I know that as I used to have the "TV Boy" with 127 games in it (didnt know it was a pirate at the time as it was from Systema ) But as this is a single cart and a not a unit I was just rather surprised thats all!
