I think it may be very difficult to get all 600 or so games in before Monday night. My fingers just aren't in the shape they used to be and they get REALLY sore. And then some games are just gonna take awhile to play. But I'll give it my best shot. If nothing out it's some great memories (for the ones that I've played before) and maybe even some decent reading for you folks. Oh yeah...one more thing. Swordquest Fireworld Quit after 10 minutes Ice Hockey 15 (15 - 4) Ice Hockey 12 (12 - 3) Total Games Played So Far: 153 Total Games Played For The First Time: 25 Total "Points" Scored: 621, 835 Notes: Well it doesn't look (unless I really go crazy) that I'll be able to play all 600+ so I'll just play as many as I can and see how it goes. Note that I'm not completing all games. For example, I only played the Swordquests for about 10 minutes. On the E.T.'s, I played on the hardest level and took my score as it was the first time I died or when I was able to get to the ship. Otherwise, I'd have still been playing them. And wouldn't you know it. I'm playing away and I hear this booming sound. Fireworks. At the local park. I came downstairs and went outside to see if I could see them without going over. When I looked down there was a box there. Hmm...brought it in....15 more boxed games! So as I said, I'll continue on and do as many as I can. The sealed games will be last so they'll probably end up being safe for now.... Now if you'll excuse me, more retro weekend stuff is in store. I'm off to watch some Nightmare on Elmstreets. Good luck with the rest of the marathon! I'd thought about doing that with my games, but I don't have nearly as many (and I think I'd just play one game each, and skip duplicates). Total Fun Had - Infinity! I may actually continue on as this has been a great way for me to test all of the carts I have. There's only 1 more tote and about 2 or 3 other boxes to go through, plus all the boxed games...which I may just leave alone for now. And of course, there's that case full of Pac-Mans to play yet as well. Probably the strangest thing had to be trying to get a Centipede cart to work. After 2 or 3 tries, I grabbed my eraser to see if I could clean it up a bit...hmm...that's odd.....Now I could tell (because of the exposed screw) this had been opened before. So I removed the screw and popped open the case...being carefull not to tear the end label. Hey guess what? There isn't a game in the case! Anyway, it was a great weekend. Yet another game in my collection where I really had no idea what I was doing. And of course, there were a few that I had played before, but either couldn't remember what to do, or was using the wrong controller to start with.
