Video Rack

Has anyone ever heard of an Atari 2600 peripheral joystick attchment called the Video Rack? The Video Rack was a big white piece of plastic that you could use to mount a stock VCS controller so it no longer had to be a handheld. It was available through mail order only and retailed for $12.95 post paid frrom Tammy Sue Distributing. There's an obscure ad for this in an old copy Electronic Games magazine I have dated Nov 1983 (p118) if anyone wants to see a reference picture (sorry, my scanner's not working or I'd scan the image myself).

 

Does anyone have one of these? How rare are they? I'm doing some follow up work for the controller rarity guide and would appreciate any help/input.
