MattyXB
After a small search I found this: Coleco Gemini Video Game Billiger VCS2600-Clone, wurde mit Donkey Kong und zwei Controllern ausgeliefert. Translation: Cheap VCS2600-Clone, which was sold with Donkey Kong and 2 Controllers. So these are Pack In Games, which where sold only with the console. Like Sonic the Hedgehog or other games, which were sold with consoles and sometimes they have special stickers or lables.

Mindfield
Yeah. By the end of the Gemini's lifespan, there were a total of 3 such pack-ins: Donkey Kong, Mouse Trap, and Carnival. They all featured that label on the back. I bought mine back in the day when it still only came with Donkey Kong, and bought one CIB a few months back that had Donkey Kong and Mouse Trap as pack-ins. The Gemini was pretty cool -- the joysticks with integrated paddles was a nice idea, but the hard serrated plastic they used got painful with extended use. Radio F Software
I don't know the rarity of those carts but I personally think it's a neat find finding something labeled that it came with a system.

They're dirt common. Actually, it's easier to find them with the pack-in sticker than it is to find them without.

It's too bad that the Gemini was not there when I got the games, but I didn't think that the lables would make these Common games a rarity
