PackratVG
I've had a few requests for foil labels, so here's what I've come up with. The labels look really cool on clear carts as well. They're very similar to Lee Krueger's new foil labels, except ours are printed on our color laser. For now these labels will only be used for custom jobs, so I'm always open to suggestions. Just drop me a PM . Best, Jarett

Radio F Software
PackratVG, how much would 20 standard labels in foil cost me for my 20 carts I will be eventually ordering from yall?
PackratVG
@RadioFSoftware - Check your PM. -Jarett
MegaManFan
Neat! I dig the foil label. Now I wish I hadn't already bought LOTR.
PackratVG
I'm pretty sure that we'll only use the foil labels for special releases and custom projects. Our lineup won't be affected in any way. Now that we have standard carts, clear carts with clear labels, clear carts with standard labels, red carts, blue carts, etc, I'm leary to add yet another option. It's a little bit like the Thrust situation, too many versions/options. Maybe our next new homebrew will have a foil label... Like I said earlier, let me know if you have any ideas for the foil labels! Best, Jarett
Bruce Tomlin
I didn't know LOTR was a Spectravision release! :-) :-) :-)
Mortal Kombat Fanboy
Why not a 8k Pac-Man one?
StanJr
I have no problem with label variations, I think they are neat and add to the collectibility! My problem (wth Thrust) is that Thomas keeps going in and adding things to the code, making the game better and better and I never know when its going to be done (I'm still not convinced he's done with it, right Thomas.... ) So I say GO with the label options! christianscott27
would these foil labels work for making an imagic style label?
PackratVG
Yah, Imagic-style labels could certainly be made with these new foil label sheets. -Jarett
Room 34
Just out of curiosity, how are these things made? Is there actually some kind of "foil paper" that you can use in a printer, or is this some sort of custom combination of clear inkjet labels and actual aluminum foil? PackratVG
The labels are made from a specialty laser label paper that I found. I'm not sure exactly what it's made from, but it prints really nicely and has the foil look and feel. Best, Jarett
Room 34
Well it looks sweet. That view of the end label with the reflection of the top of the VCS is amazing... that's some highly-reflective foil! It's like a mirror!
