64squares
I'm wondering if there is a definitive way of telling whether an Atari 2600 game is factory sealed or resealed. I know that some games actually weren't shrinkwrapped, like Fox games, but for the rest is there a way to tell? On NES games you can look for a horizontal line on the back, so is there a tell tale sign like that for 2600 games? Thanks for your response! King Atari
On some of the older boxes (not O'Sheas) there is a seam going down the back. Also, look for hangers and price tags, if those are there, it's probably authentic. I don't think NOS carts for O'Sheas have seams or anything, just a hanger, at least the ones I have are like that.
