darkannihilation
Hello I'm Branden and I've been collecting Atari 2600 games for over a year now. While collecting games I've noticed a subtile difference on some of the cartridge labels: Ex 1: Missle Command has a lowercase and a uppercase end label. Ex. Games like Crystal Castles and Pole Position have one label with the standard markings such as the published date and the CX2600 # However I have the same games which have no CX2600 # and the title letters are a different font I know the games are at least 10 years old because my parents bought them for me when I was young in a Big Lots Store. If any can shed a light on any information it would be most helpful Thanks
highinfidelity
Those are "label variations". Some are covered on the AtariAge website itself. To get more deeply, you can perform a search in the forums using "label variations" as keywords. That will point you to specialised websites.
